Most pieces leave our office in 3-5 business days from the order date. You will be notified via email when your order has been posted. In the event an item is not available immediatley, you will be notified and your order posted within 2 weeks of order date.
You can request gift wrap at checkout and can post the item to you or a third party.

How long will my order take to arrive?
It generally takes 24-48 hours to process your order before it ships. Depending on your shipping address, it can take between 5-10 days from order date for domestic orders and up to 3 weeks for international orders.
How is my order packaged during shipping?
We will pack your order securely with bubble wrap and into a padded postbag. Gift box options are also available.

What if my order item(s) are out of stock?
We will notify you immediately, and give you an estimate as to when it will be available. We will also offer an alternative.

We ship worldwide to the following countries: United States, Canada, England, New Zealand, Japan, Scandinavia, and Western Europe.
What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 30 days from the order date as long as the item has no visible signs of wear or has not been altered in any way. See below for further details
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Many online jewelry retailers do not accept returns. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any piece purchased, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of postage. A refund will be issued within 10 business days
In order for a full refund to be granted, all items must be returned in unworn condition. “Unworn” means that there are no visible sign of wear on the item. Place all original packaging in the box and be sure to insure the package for its full retail value. Items that have been altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be returned. Returns received where packages are not properly packaged or insured will be refused receipt.

Any information you provide will not be shared with any. We do not sell or rent your information to any third party, and will only use it to send you your goods, invitations and updates.
